The Economics and Administration Centre
Theatre Institute’s Economic and Administration Centre designs the main economic policy orientation of the organisation, it follows its feasance and provides the overall bookkeeping following the procedures approved for subsidized organisations of the Ministry of Culture. It is responsible for budget fixing and budget drawing, prompt settlement of invoices and other payments; it provides financing of organisation’s needs and controls the financial resources using. It maintains personnel matters and is responsible for timely account and salary settlement. It provides communication between the Institute and the Economy Section of the Ministry of Culture and it prepares and fulfils tasks arising from this communication. It fulfils tasks following the generally binding legal norms and acts regarding the Theatre Institute’s financial management, and the agreement with the European Commission for the Culture Contact Point and European Contact Point Department. It prepares all economic data and information for the annual report of the Institute. It provides economic services for the Theatre Institute’s employees.
